While the brand successfully established a strong presence and attracted significant foot traffic at its prime locations, the management team struggled with low sales conversion rates and the inability to accurately measure the effectiveness of their product displays.
The Challenges It Faces
1. Gaps in the Sales Conversion Funnel
- High Traffic, Low Conversion: The stores had high Entry Rates due to their excellent locations, but the actual Conversion Rate (transactions completed) was disproportionately low. This indicated a major “leak” somewhere between browsing and making a purchase decision.
- Lack of Quantitative Data: Management lacked accurate data on how many people passed by the store versus how many actually entered, making it impossible to measure the true effectiveness of the window displays and storefront appeal.
